We agreed to buy Squirrels Leap when the build was only at floor slab level. We were closely involved with building our new home. We had and still have an excellent working relationship with Tom Fountain and we were always made most welcome on site. The design was fixed. However, our early exchange of contract meant that we were in a position to self select many items have resulted in the house being our true home. Very quickly we built up a close working relationship with Tom, Gina and all the subcontractors and suppliers. Everyone tried so hard to help us build our dream home. All involved are quite rightly very proud of the excellent level of work that they produce. Yes it was a leap of faith that Squirrels Leap would be all that we wished it to be. The journey to achieve a dream home was exciting. We devoted many hours of research and then decision making into how we wanted our new home to be. Tom guided us through the complicated process of the build and we kept on target with the decision-making, for example, working on the practicalities of kitchen design to choosing the lighting and socket plates. Every detail makes a difference and needs to be focused upon. This has resulted in Squirrels Leap being a home we are very happy and proud to live in. A big thank you to all who were involved.
