The homes were of high spec and Fountain construction built all 4 of these dealing with the full design, build and planning aspects of the project including infrastructure (the road services). Three houses were sold off plan at various stages of the build, allowing the clients to work with us to create their visions on the internal and landscaping works. The development required full road infrastructure and was later nominated for an award of excellence by the surveyors at Premier Guarantee whom we use for all our house warranties.
